7.2 Prohibition of Solicitation. The Consultant undertakes and agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall not, directly or indirectly, through an existing company, non-legal entity, affiliate, successor employer or otherwise employee or independent contractor employed by the Company, engage on a part-time basis, consultation, consultation or otherwise, except on behalf of the Company, recruits, hires or cooperates with it, except on behalf of the Company, while the Consultant provides services to the Company.
