California Highway Patrol Tow Service Agreement

The TSA provides towing companies with clear and concise requirements for acceptance and ongoing service to the ministry. The agreement ensures consistency at national level in the interpretation and application of its conditions. The standards set by the TSA are met by maintaining an open line of communication with the towing industry and by recognizing the obligations of public servants in the performance of their duties related to towing vehicles. This allows the rotation towing program to react to changes in order to maintain the high level of safety and service of the program.
